I’m thinking about doing some sort of foundation set up or review schedule and I’m not sure how I’d like to set everything up quite yet, but for now I’ll give you some of my skin history so you’ll know what I’m looking for.
My skin is mainly oily; my T-zone area, the tops of my cheeks and my chin always start to show within a few hours if I’m using something that doesn’t have a strong oil control with it. I typically go for a lighter coverage, I used to use only the Garnier BB cream and a powder to set but now I’ve adapted to a few others as well. I think it would be safest to say that I am looking for a lighter coverage and I don’t really have any acne scars or larger spots I need to conceal (at least as I type this), but I do have dark under eye circles.
I’m looking for my foundation to even out my skin tone and offer some protection from the sun. I would like it to keep my shine-free, but I know that I will most likely need a primer and a powder to help that out. I’m used to drugstore foundations so I might mainly stick to them, but if there’s a special on QVC I might splurge and go for something more high-end.
