I think I ruined my hair. Ok so some back story, I used the Suave 30 Day Smoothing Treatment quite some time ago and once I did when I curled my hair the curl would not stay in for longer than 2 hours. Now I know that’s not too much of a big deal seeing as how my hair was smooth and I could leave it down without it getting all frizzy. Back to my first statement now, once the 30 days ended you could tell. My hair would become frizzy at the drop of a hat and not stay smooth no matter what I did. Before I used this treatment I curled my hair at night and the next day still had extremely curly hair and wore it to work with no issues. After treatment I tried the same thing and the curls fell out quicker and became this frizzy mess.
Now I know it’s probably not all this treatments fault, I do know though that it really altered my hair. So because of that I’ve been trying out some different hair products and I’m trying to heal my hair from that occasion. So with that, I give you this hair product haul! (Possibly my most meaningful one at that)
Hair Product Haul
The Details
- Purchased from:
- Sally’s Beauty Supply and Walgreens
- Price:
- Sally’s-$9.99 Walgreens- Bioinfusion was Buy one get one Half off ($12) Got 2b was buy one get one free ($6.47)
Bioinfusion Shampoo and Conditioner Both are sulfate free and promise hydration. In my last Target haul I talked (typed) about Pantene and how I loved it, but then after reading several other blogs and watching videos I learned that Pantene really doesn’t help your hair it just covers it up and makes it look pretty without fixing it. So that really disheartened me and made me want to find something that would help my hair so I found this to try.
Hair One for Normal Hair The same attitude with the Bioinfusion, this is sulfate free and is similar to Wen so I wanted to try it out.
Got 2b Guardian Angel and Smooth Operator A new heat protectant and a smoothing serum to replace my pantene one.
More details coming soon.
