Grain…yup grain. So I realize that most of the District looks are very extreme. Nothing you would wear out day to day. With grain I wanted to do something less extreme. I didn’t want this to just be an experiment of what can I glue to my face. So short of buying some bits of oatmeal and sticking it to my face (I thought about it) this is the look I came up with. I wanted to use my loose pigments for this look and I actually really liked them. I thought I was going to hate them and that I was going to have bits of shadow everywhere but they stuck to the pencils fairly nicely. If you look at the crease of my eyes then you’ll see a hint of a red color. Originally I had used a red from the 120 palette and I hated how it looked. So I just placed Wild over it and it looked much better. The first face picture is with a flash and natural light so that’s why I look like a ghost. The 2nd face is with just flash.
Enjoy! Now I know my description kinda stinks so you can read more about it on the Hunger Games Wiki.
