Transportation. O.o? That was the face I made when I thought of transportation. So I looked at the seal and noticed the monorail/train. So I was going to do this red and white combo ala some theme park type of monorail but then I though well the train goes to the Capitol and they would never allow something that garish-looking going through their home areas. So I stuck with colors that were a tad more muted and more functional. I tried to look at screen captures but none of them showed the side of the train, just the top. The first set of pictures the dark color on my eyes was much smaller because I was going to do more of a mask looking thing but as I started going with the Salt Water color it looked too weird so I just settled for some silver accents. In the latter pictures I winged the top of the eye out a bit more. Enjoy! This marks the halfway point! YAY! PS. Sorry this took so long to finally post, I did most of these a few days ago but I have been under the weather so getting on the computer and editing anything takes more energy right now.
Now I know my description kinda stinks so you can read more about it on the Hunger Games Wiki.
